Eligibility and Enrollment

To be eligible for the Infiniti Tax Services (ITS) Client Rewards Program, participants must register to refer new clients either online at www.infinititaxservices.com/refer or by having their tax return prepared by ITS prior to making referrals.
A “new client” refers to an individual or a married couple (if filing jointly) who has never received services from ITS previously and who files a tax return with ITS with a fee of $175 or greater.
Upon successful registration, participants will receive a unique referrer identifier. This identifier must be used by the new client at the time of service to link the referral to the participant.

Referral Rewards

Participants will receive $100 cash for each new client referred to ITS, provided the new client completes a tax return with ITS at or above the stated fee threshold.
The unique referrer identifier is crucial for tracking referrals. If a new client fails to provide this identifier to their ITS tax preparer, ITS cannot attribute the referral to the participant, potentially delaying or forfeiting the reward.
Participants cannot refer themselves.
Participants and their referrals cannot refer each other simultaneously.

Communication

Participants agree to provide a valid email address, which will serve as the primary means of communication regarding the ITS Client Rewards Program.

Restrictions

This program cannot be combined with any other fee reduction promotions or offers from ITS.
ITS employees and paid associates are not eligible to participate in this program.
Spouses, significant others, and family members of ITS employees and paid associates may participate only after notifying the executive offices and receiving written authorization from Demarius Jackson, president.

Miscellaneous

ITS reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, terminate, or suspend the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the Client Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as any modifications which might be made. ITS reserves the right to disqualify any participant or referral believed to be manipulating or abusing the process.
